- Beloved a boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
