In-store Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from day of sale to make a return. Returns without a receipt will be issued store credit. Jewelry is non-refundable. All tags must be attached with no sign of wear.
Online Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from when the order is shipped to request a return. Jewelry is non-refundable. All tags must be attached with no sign of wear.
*Please note that shipping/taxes are non-refundable and return shipping rates are the customers’ responsibility. You will be refunded the total amount of the product cost only. Beloved a boutique will accept returns within 30 days from the date that you received the order.
Steps to return:

Subject line : Return for Order # ________
Step 2: Download and print the return form you receive via email.
This form MUST be in your package with your unworn item or you will not receive your money back.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

Step 3:
Once the item(s) are received, you will be notified if it is approved or denied. If you are approved, you will receive your money back. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to you.
What is accepted:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means no deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or any perfumes. The original receipt and return form must also be included in your package. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- A new invoice will be sent to you via email with FREE SHIPPING of the item you are looking to exchange with the correct size in which you mention in the subject line.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
